There is more to accepting an offer on your home than meets the eye. As well as the offer price, we'll be looking at dozens of other terms including days for buying financing approval, option and earnest amounts, appraisal waivers, and verifying proof of funds for each buyer to make sure nothing will delay your sale.

After the buyer inspections and negotiations, Olivia will make sure all essential documents like ECADs, surveys, disclosure forms, etc. are signed, ordered and reviewed. Working closely with the buyer's agent and the title company, she takes care of all transactional documents so you don't have to!
