Selling Your Home

LSP01960 (1).jpg

Gone are the days where you can list a home on the MLS and expect it to sell in a weekend.

We'll chat about staging, offer terms and buyer incentives to make sure your home stands out in the crowd.

Step 1

Olivia has the resources to help you sell a home in any market. The ROOTS residential team has access to storage units full of beautiful staging items, ready to make your home shine! With over a decade of DIY reno and staging experience, you're in great hands.

Step 2

Compass Conceirge

Interest-free loans are available through Compass Concierge to help with any large renovations before you sell your home. This program is wonderful, as it allows sellers to get top-dollar for their homes, paid back without interest at closing!

Step 3

Pricing and Listing

Using comparative market analysis tools and current local market data, we'll come up with a list price designed to net you the best price for your home while appealing to buyers needs and wants as well.

Step 4

Open Houses, Instagram posts, email-marketing: our approach to spreading the word reaches far beyond the MLS, whether you're selling an Austin home or you need a Realtor in Lakeway, Dripping Springs, Manor, etc.

Step 5

There is more to accepting an offer on your home than meets the eye. As well as the offer price, we'll be looking at dozens of other terms  including days for buying financing approval, option and earnest amounts, appraisal waivers, and verifying proof of funds for each buyer to make sure nothing will delay your sale.

Step 6

Appraisal, Legal forms

After the buyer inspections and negotiations, Olivia will make sure all essential documents like ECADs, surveys, disclosure forms, etc. are signed, ordered and reviewed. Working closely with the buyer's agent and the title company, she takes care of all transactional documents so you don't have to!

Step 7

Get your signing hand warmed up! Closing day is a chance to celebrate your success, and for you to dream about what lies ahead.
